Finance Management

Overview

On the finance management page, you can view your balance and set up donation acceptance in various cryptocurrencies. It displays your total funds in US dollars as well as detailed information for each cryptocurrency.

Main Features

Balance

• At the top of the page, you will see your total balance in US dollars.
• Below are cards with information about each cryptocurrency:
  • Cryptocurrency name (e.g., TON, BTC, ETH)
  • Blockchain (e.g., TON, Bitcoin, Ethereum)
  • Current balance in cryptocurrency
  • Balance equivalent in US dollars
  • Cryptocurrency tags

Setting Up Donation Acceptance

For each cryptocurrency, you can configure donation acceptance:

1. Click the Settings button on the card of the desired cryptocurrency.
2. In the popup window, you can:
   • Enable or disable donation acceptance for this cryptocurrency.
   • Enter your wallet address for this cryptocurrency's blockchain.
   • Set the minimum donation amount in this cryptocurrency.

We recommend creating a new wallet specifically for use with Palmeme. This way, your funds will remain secure when using other services.

Additional Information

In each cryptocurrency's settings, you will also find:

1. The current balance.
2. The minimum withdrawal amount.
3. The transaction fee amount.

Usually, the minimum withdrawal amount is small (up to 1 USD equivalent). This is a necessary measure to protect the service from abuse.

Withdrawing Funds

To withdraw funds, you simply need to have the minimum amount of tokens available for withdrawal.

1. Click the Withdraw button on the cryptocurrency card.
2. You will see an informational message indicating that the request has been sent for processing. The service processes such requests within 10 seconds depending on load.
3. From this moment, the funds are on their way. The time it takes to reach your wallet depends on the blockchain and usually takes about one minute.

Make sure the wallet address is entered correctly before requesting a withdrawal. Palmeme is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address.

Keep your confidential information secure. Malicious actors may try to impersonate administration and ask for your confidential data, such as your seed phrase or private keys. Palmeme does not have access to your wallet and will never attempt to obtain it. If you receive such messages, we recommend immediately blocking the sender and reporting the incident to Palmeme administration.
